terms and conditions
The terms below apply to the general contracting, SIP panel home construction and related services offered by Erki Group. Specific orders are governed by an individually executed written contract between the parties.
Scope and validity
These terms set out a general framework; the actual business relationship is governed by the individual contract signed by the parties. In case of divergence, the individual contract prevails.

scope of services
General contracting, design and construction of SIP panel homes, architectural design, real-estate development (Sparta House), interior design. The exact technical content, deadlines and contractor fee are agreed in the individual contract.
request for quote and contract formation
Quotes can be requested via the /contact page or directly by e-mail. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. The contract is formed upon signature by both parties.
fee and payment
The contractor fee is set out in the individual contract, typically in milestone-based instalments tied to construction progress. Prices are net; applicable VAT is added separately.
warranty and guarantee
Statutory warranty and guarantee obligations apply from handover. For SIP panel home structures, we offer an extended 10-year structural guarantee. Details are in the individual contract.
data processing
Data processing details are set out in a separate Privacy Notice (see /privacy). Client data is used solely for performing the contract.
dispute resolution and final provisions
The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. Failing this, the Hungarian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction under Hungarian law.
