how we work
One or two in-depth conversations with the client, a site visit, plot and orientation analysis. We commit the goal, the budget and the schedule expectation to writing before design begins.
Two or three parallel concepts at sketch level. The client doesn't pick a variant — they find their direction through a conversation. The structural choice between SIP panel and traditional masonry is made here.
Permit and construction document set, agency coordination, structural and mechanical engineering, energy calculation. We lead the coordination; the client follows through a single point of contact.
In-house equipment, in-house crews, weekly site supervision. For SIP homes, panel manufacturing runs in parallel with on-site assembly, so the full shell stands in 8–12 weeks. Material-sample approvals, budget discipline.
Technical handover, snag list, move-in support. A joint walkthrough at the end of the first year — what needs tuning, what works exactly as designed.
