context
Sparta House — the group's real-estate arm — launched a proprietary residential park in Budakeszi. The 4,800 m² plot carries 12 semi-detached units, with shared green space and a playground. The target buyer is the mid-thirties family relocating outward from Budapest.
brief
Budakeszi council came with strict public-utility connection and storm-water requirements, and the 12 units had to be staged so buyers could move in successively. Sales began at the design stage, so each buyer could follow their own unit through construction.
concept
12 semi-detached units in four building groups, with a shared interior street and a green buffer along the plot edges. SIP panel construction — factory manufacture, on-site assembly in three-unit blocks. Each unit has its own air-source heat pump; a shared rainwater system carries the ensemble. Façade reads as white-grey render with spruce-board accent fields.
outcome
Of the 12 units, 9 sold before technical handover; the remaining 3 within four weeks after. Sparta House's second project (Telki) is now in negotiation. This development proved that SIP panel construction scales beyond the single-home segment.
